cabelas, Cabelas outfitters, cabelas sporting goods committed fraud, lied and deceived me glendale Arizona

I purchased a used nissan 4outboard motor that was less than 4 years old from cabelas. The motor was 732.00 to include tax. I placed it on layaway and made payments respectfully. My fiance, sonia, wanted me to have this motor for my Christmas Present. I was expecting my income tax return on the first week of april and have the motor paid off. I made a cash payment on 27 March and after they took my payment, notified me they sold my motor to somebody else. They took monies from 2 sources on just 1 product. This is fraud!! I spoke to joe, salesman he had no other used motors, but told me he had a 3.5hp motor exactly the same other than it was a half horsepower smaller and i would not know the difference. I have this recorded. I asked are you sure? He said yes. I said you are wrong cause 3.5hp does not have reverse gear nor auxillary tank hook up. He said it does and told me to hang on. He checked and later informed me i was correct. Steve, boat manager told me he will get me a coleman instead. I told him coleman is not a good make of motor and i wont go lower than a nissan brand. Steve told me coleman is just as good, if not better since all outboards are made in china at roughly the same plant. This is a lie. Nissan is japaneese and coleman motors are basically briggs and stratton motors. Steve said give him a few days and he will get me a used motor. He calls me a week later and has one in dundee, mi. I asked him the condition. He says they say its good. I later find out that this motor was in a fire at dundee mi cabelas. The manager of dundee would not give me the serial number of the motor till he contacted steve at glendale first. He talks to steve about 30 mins to get the story straight and then all of a sudden calls me back and says the motor now was never in the fire! He gave me a non-existent serial number as well!!! Called corperate office they told me to speak to store manager, enrique menendez. Tried 3 weeks to get ahold of him and left messages for him to call me. He never did. Called becky at corperate office, she and i negotiated to 935.00 and i will get a new nissan motor and cabelas and i would split the difference between a new and old motor. Ok, so i am set to agree and now she tells me i have to pay sales tax as well??? No no no!!! 700.00 was our limit. My finance approved spending 732.00 for the motor, than we had to make sacrifices to come up with 935.00 and now they want me to pay an extra 80.00 sales tax??? This is fraud and lying!!! I am a 25 year retired army combat vet who does not like being lied to!! Enrique mendez is the store manager and refuses to get involved. I refuse to go down to cabelas as i feel i may go off and do somethung i may later regret!!!! Shame on cabelas and enrique menendez, steve and joe!!!!!!
