Cabelas Did not honor lifetime guarantee Phoenix Az

I am (or was) a loyal Cabales costumer for several years, purchased eight Alaskan Guide tents over a six year period. These tents are not cheap and come with a lifetime guarantee. The tents are great by the way... just about bomb proof and hold up well under adverse conditions, never been a leak or problem until one rain fly developes small tear.

I have never called Cabelas before, first time caller to see about getting a replacement rain fly for one of mr tents. They told me they were not going to honor the lifetime guarantee... but I could get a discount on a new rain fly!!!

I said forget it... and now I just want everyone to know that Cabela’s has some quality stuff... but DO NOT purchase their stuff just because it says lifetime guarantee... the guarantee means nothing! They won’t stand behind the lifetime part!!! BEWARE
