CADEX NATIONAL A SCAM - WE SHOULD JOIN TOGETHER TO PUT THESE PEOPLE IN JAIL TORONTO ON Canada

On Dec 4 I reported this company in this site, in yahoo and in phonebusters.com and to the RCMP but till that day their website is still up and running. Now I feel very bad that there are more people that have been victimized by this company. I'm just wondering why their site is still up and running on those days till Dec 20 But today I checked their website and it is a different one. Their are not providing loan but website. Does this mean that we cannot trace them anymore? They just get away with what they did to many people? Victims are not rich people, we apply for loan because we need money and yet they have stolen something that we don't even have. I cannot let them get away with this. I bet they just change their company names and will victimized millions of people. Someone should check their new web site as well as it involved paying for websites. Is it really hard and impossible for these people be caught and penalized? or just this is being taken for granted? Who get the money from the moneygram? if they use fake I.D. can't we trace them on the store cameras? How they obtain 1-800 numbers and other direct lines? If they check from the credit bureau what is the number they use? Is there really someone looking into this? I guess none as by the time I reported them to all website possible and to the authority it turns out that after that more and more people get victimized by this. I guess it's hard and impossible to catch these people. I guess some don't care as long as they are not victimized.
