CAMCO Capital Acquisitions And Management Company ripoff fradulently steals social security numbers from unclaimed property and money State sites Rockford Illinois

Beware! Do not go to unclaimed property and money State Sites. This company CAMCO pretends to be someone that has unclaimed settlements for you then takes your social security number and telephone number and calls you and tells you you owe them money from 18 years ago for Citi Bank (or whomever) in the amount of $40,000.00.

I could not believe it. They could not tell me what the debt was for. They said they were collecting the debt and if I didn't pay them they would ruin my credit and call my employer! They preassure you and tell you addresses that you never even lived at.

Statue of limitations is 6 years for contractual agreements. Even if this is an old debt it is to old to collect on now!

They call you on the phone they have your social security number from the government site. They are ripp-off artists/Cons. 18 years ago.. Please do not give them any money!

I have reported them to the state of California controller's office Steve Wesley. They should not be able to advertise on a government web site! Let alone take your social security number and name and run your credit report which the guy "Josh" I spoke with said he was looking at! BEWARE!!!
