Camera Addict Item advertised is not what is shipped Brooklyn New York

I called to order the canon xti which was advertised as camera body only and included shipping for $374.00 I called the "800" number to secure my order. I spoke to a person who identified himself as Billy at ext 3981.
He said the American xti was over $500.00. I told him I wanted the one from the webpage that is advertised for $374. He said if I ordered the camera on the webpage I would get a Japanese manual and the camera would not be compatible with an American outlet or computer.
I said, "There is nothing on the webpage to indicate that". He became rude and asked again, "Do you want American or Japanese?" I said I wanted American as the page indicates the camera is for $374.00. He said I was too stupid to understand and hung up on me.
Nothing on the page says anything about choosing US or else wise. I would like to purchase the camera as advertised for $374.00. It is all written in English and nothing indicates that is would come in any other language.
