I have been contacted by Capital Acquisitions and Management Company at P.O. Box 5087, Rockford, Illinois 61125 with phone number (877) 298-0845 Ex: 1532, claiming that I, at one time, had a Capital One account currently held by CITIBANK. They allege a sizable balance on the account on a credit card that I never owned.
