Car Hop,Blaine,Minnesota Making to view a car that is not there Fridley Minnesota

 On Wed Aug 29th, I went to Car Hop to make an application for a car. The guy told me to bring in 4 pieces of identification. When I went up there, not only did the guy just talk his head off(Kyle), the computer system was something out of the cave age and then they wanted information that they never told me to bring in. How I am supposed to remeber the last 4 addresses I lived at. Well, after finsihing the application, and this guy bouncing from the office to another customer, I finally finish my application. I told the guy what kind of car I wanted, and he begins to tell me what he has in the lot. I thought I was talking Chinese, but I'm pretty sure it was English. He tells me he has this Malibu out in the lot. The car looked completely uninteresting. He then shows me these 3 cars on the lot that I like, but he says that they new to be checked out. So, he gave me an appointment for the next day to drive one of the 3 cars. Remember now, I'm driving from work specifically just to Car Hop to get one of these cars. I get a text from Car Hop saying they just can't wait to get me driving.

I leave work on time and get to Car Hop only to be waiting for about 20 minutes in the waiting room. I never saw the cars when I drove up. I knew something was up. After waiting, Kyle comes and tells me the cars aren't on the lot and that they came and picked up 7 cars the day before. It would have been f**king nice to call and tell me that before I drove down there. Thern again he shows me this Grand Am that looks anything but clean. He said that he would call me tomorrow that the 3 cars should be on the lot. I got no call from this guy, so I called him. He says the cars should eb on the lot by the end of the day and that he'll call me. Still no call. Then Saturday, I get this stupid text saying how Car Hop just can't wait to get me driving today. So, I leave work and specifically rush to get there. Not only do I Not see thecars on the lot, again I'm waiting for about 30 minutes, Finally, this guy Kyle comes and says the cars haven't been released yet. At, this point I'm way passed pissed. Again, he wants me to see this Grey Grand Am. The car has a speaker cover missing, a panel that is rusted and all other things. I'm so pissed I just go back in the shop and tell this guy I'm not interested and I'm going to go find a car somewhere else. I called the Customer Line and compalined to the lady. Didn't get much anywhere with her also.

I last went to Car Hop 7 yrs ago and wasn't satisfied and was even more than impressed with this visit. I would recommend for anyone to please don't even think about going to this place. Terrible customer service and they don't know there products, Web site just sucks and so slow. Car Hop is an embarrasement to Car dealers and this place just needs to be shut down and stop taking people for a fool.
