Brought a 2016 Kia Forte Koup SX in 2016. Unaware that I had been overcharge with additional add on that I never needed. The discovery was made when I was trying to trade the car in.
It was brought to my attention that I had over $6,000 added for no reason. Upon discussing this with Kia consumer department about the overcharge, they try and give you all kinds of explanations.
According to the law, a dealership cannot charge you more than the sticker price. What can I do?

As per your report you weren’t charged more than the sticker price. Your signature on the sales agreement indicates you agreed to additional options that increased the price.

They can charge whatever they want. It's up to YOU to use COMMON SENSE to read the contract before signing it...which you didn't do!
