I purchase a 2005 DodgeCarvan from CarHop and finance through UAC. I was lead to believe that they will help rebuild my credit but I later found out that this company is a disaster. My vehicle has been illegal reposses by UAC and I am current on my bi-weekly payment. It has been 60 days since my car has been taken, and it has not been return since they reliable it was a mistake. I was told by UAC rep representative that I have to contact the re-po company to recover my car, but it was was mistake by UAC. I will be filing a lawsuit against UAC / Carhops for pain and suffering and loss of a car.
