Carhop TOTAL RIPOFF!! National City California

Went to Carhop in Nov of 2017 to see if I qualified for a car loan, which I did, even with my not so great credit store. They let me choose between a car and small utility vehicle. I chose the 2004 Nissan Murano. I was super excited and thought, wow Carhop is great... That is until I started having trouble within days of getting it. They sent me to a cheap, run down repair shop multiple times, which was clearly in cahoots with them and would always minimize or ignore the issue, or tell me my warranty didn't cover what needed repair. By Jan 2018 I was done wasting my money and time on an unreliable piece of sh*, so I take the car back. So I had the car roughly a month or so. Not only are they saying I owe for the car that they've already resold. I just got 3 tickets in the mail for that car, saying I ran a toll, mind you I haven't had the car in months. I call Carhop asking what the hell is going on? I got hung up on 3 times before someone tells me they no longer have my account and the car was sold to AutoVest and AutoVest resold it. OK so why the heck is a car sold 3 times still in my name? As far as I know when a vehicle is bought or sold, you have 10 days to report it to the DMV. So this whole time, no one reported anything. So since it's still my car, how about I report it stolen!!!! So pissed. PS Sh*y staff with bad attitudes. DONT GO TO CARHOP
