Carol Anne Waters, MA, LPC, LCDC Dishonest, Unprofessional, Biased and at times Confused San Antonio Texas

This report is not a knee jerk reaction to Carol Waters' gross unprofessionalism and dishonesty.  Carol Waters did a social study for my family some time ago, but her behavior was so terrible throughout the study, that I must warn the public about her.  If you are unfortunate enough to be working with Carol Anne Waters, BEWARE!

Carol Waters spent most of her time with me gossiping about other cases and even went so far as to tell me about substance abuse clients, one of which she felt was going to relapse.  This was totally irrelevent and distacting.  Carol gossiped on and on waisting my valuable interview time and I found her judgmental comments about others offensive.  She has a clear bias as I did not once witness her making a fair observation.  One minute she is judging my ex-spouse and in the next she is judging a spouse of a prior case.  When she came to my home visit she was disoriented and made confusing statements pertaining to who she had met with and when.

She was dishonest about the time she spent with me and my family in the report she made.  She was also dishonest pertaining to what was said in the interviews.  Please BEWARE!  I should have taped my interviews with her, but I had no idea she would be dishonest.  Also I recommend you make her sign off on the the time she spent in interview with you.  It is best if you time the interviews yourself and when she starts gossiping stop the clock, that way she can't misrepresent the interview time.  Your best option of course, is to run from this woman!  She is not professional, but arrogantly boasts that judges listen to her and her husband is a lawyer.
