my car was taken to carson toyota for a mechanical diagnostic do to the fact, that it was a recovered stolen car.my insurance company-safeco insurance offered carson toyota money in order to render my car a total loss.carson toyota stated that safeco insurance asked carson toyota to absorb towing and storage fees and deduct the amount from the monies alotted to repair the car and basically pay the difference to two specific employees at carson toyota.upon questioning the mechanic and service manager the day of the diagnostic,it came to be that safeco insurance company did in fact offer carson toyota money to fraudlently produce a falsified price quote,which would result in a total loss decision.having heard these statements,i the assured immediately dismissed and or fired carson toyota;both reps seemed to have vanished that day.carson toyota then proceeded to generate a computer printout of the diagnostic,but not one price of any kind was mentioned;dealership very nervous-stated that the assured would not have to pay diagnotic fee,consider it free;on the house.the following day,safeco totaled auto,stated that they had an $7,500 price quote from carson toyota,strange-the assured did not.two different papers-intrinsict fraud,bad buisness practice.assured's copy and insurance copy should have matched,but they did not match.carson toyota in collusion with safeco insurance, did in fact commit fraud-cannot have two different diagnostic papers.at this point,dealership very hostile and uncooperative.according to toyota both employees have the flu and are not available for comment.owner(albert skinner)will not make contact with the assured.as a matter of fact,the assured has documented proof of the collusion;not to mention an expert witness who can attest to the fraud.bad buisness and deceptive practice, not to mention intrinsic fraud are criminal violations.also, safeco insurance has committed bad faith and fraud as well.carson toyota also stated that my recovered auto was safe to drive,but it was not; as was stated by an expert witness which also proves that a diagnostis was never even performed.carson toyota likes to accept graft as well as generate two totally different sets of papers;to the assured- $0.00 on a computer printout,but $7,500 on a hand written copy to the insurance company without the assured's knowledge;deceptive and venal actions constitute fraud.
