I continue to recieve calls from an arbitration company stating that they are representing CashnetUsa, and that I have committed a criminal offense by fraudulently obtaining a loan. They have my personal information, and they tell me the name of the references that were used on the application, these are names of people I have never even heard of. If I did obtain this loan, (which I have obtained payday loans in the past), I would pay it back. But, I refuse to let some company call my job and my personal cell phone, and threaten me, when they can't even provide me with documention in writing (that I have requested). If CashnetUsa reads this report, then please respond with the information needed to contact a legitimate company representative.
