I ordered a "What Cancer Cannot Do" bracelet from Catalog Favorites for my friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I paid for RUSH delivery service and when I called the company, they said their rush service was 3rd Class Bulk shipping! My husband was a postman for serveral years, and so I know as well, if not better, than anybody that 3rd Class Bulk is the least priority. It means "When it gets there, it gets there." The company stated that the bracelet should be here either today or tomorrow. That remains to be seen. Please do not give them your business.

I am sorry you had an horrible time with our company. Let me just tell you that whomever you spoke with was wrong. Our Rush delivery is done by USPS (as explained in your post), however, it is not 3rd Class Bulk (that is our Standard Shipping, 2-3 weeks), Rush delivery takes approximitly 3-4 buisness days depending on where you live. The best course of action would have requested a refund on your Rush service from our Company, however, I do not believed you were charged for Rush.
Once-again I apologize and hope you give us another chance to serve your needs!
