Cat's Meow I was ripped off. TV commercial said price was 19.95. I was charged 66.00 on my credit card. Wallingford Connecticut

 I ordered a cat toy that was advertised as Cat's meow.  Buy one get one free for 19.95.  I gave my credit card number and when I received the toy there were two packages.  I do not need all those toys and have been unable to return them.  When I received my billl, it was for $66.00 instead of 19.95. 

I have been unable to reach the Wallingford Company, but noticed that there is a Waterford, CT address for shipping and I live nearby that address.  I am going there tomorrow to see if I can get any satisfaction.  Most likely the Waterford address is just a distributor.

I hope to be reimbursed $46.00.  I paid my bill reluctantly.

Allstar Products Group Bought this item at a store, Price Chopper, name: Cat's Meow, motorized Wand, had to attack the mouse wand then attach cover and press button for hours of fun and exercise. Problem was that the batteries did not last too long, the cat broke the mouse wand after a few hours of play, not buitl too well and strong. Our cat is only 5 years old and this item for $19.99 plus VT tax should not have broken so easily. Did assemble as instructions stated to do so and put all new batteries in also.Would like my money back or give me a new one that is built stronger and runs longer. Thank you... Hawthorne New York
