Cavalry Portfolio Services, Sprint PCS PARTNERS IN CRIME! ripoff Hawthorne New York

In the year 2004, I started my life in the United States Marine Corps. I was Stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA at that time. During that time, I purchased a phone and services with Sprint because I needed a phone to get in contact with my family.

Then in the middle of 2005, I was stationed in Beaufort, SC, and during that time I decided to switch phone services. So I cancelled my phone service with Sprint and paid the bill. I asked them to send me a confirmation and they said that they would.

But I never got that confirmation letter or a phone call telling me that everything is in order, I called Sprint numerous times to try to find out about my status, but they either hung up, or put me on hold for god knows how long.

Then in 2007, after I got out of the Marines, I get a letter from a company called "Cavalry Portfolio Services" saying that I owe a bill of $315. So I gave them a call to find out about this so called "bill." They told me that I have to pay that amount by August, or they're going to report me to the Credit Beauru.

So I called Sprint again to find out some info about this billand I also wanted to know why they just gave away my information without consulting with me. But they will not talk to me. Even now, they're putting me on hold!

After talking to the Cavalry Porfolio Services again, I decided I'll do the "right" thing and pay the bill, but I didnt know the address, so I tried searching for it, and then I stumbled onto the "Ripoffreport" site. I was really shocked to see so many complaints about this Cavalry Portfolio Services and Sprint.

After reading those reports, I decided to make a report myself about these companies and contribute to the cause. For the people who read this, I hope you can add me into the petition or lawsuit and help me clear my family's good name. If you have any information or any advise, I would greatly appreciate it.

I didnt serve this country honorably, to be scammed like this.
