CBCS Is rude, unprofessional and no help at all. I never had a account with Sprint until 12/2001. Yet they insist I opened a account in 12/1995. I still have the account i opened in 2001. Same phone number, same account number. Contacted Sprint and the woman said I have NO RECORD of another account EVER in your name.

They are a disgusting and foul company with terrible business practices. They destroy your credit by making up fake accounts to collect.

Class action is needed against this company.
