This is a case about unauthorized account open with my name involving MCI- CBCS. In April 2007 I received a call from CBCS for unpaid account concerning MCI, I never initate this account with MCI and I never had an account with MCI ever. CBCS fail to validate the account; only saying to me my fianc open this account using my name, which is a LIE. I need to sue him for the unpaid debit.
CBCS has reported me to all 3 credit bureaus my fico score went from 769-663. CBCS employees are unskilled with their tacky tactics, rude, ruining someone's credit due to their errors and false information.
The employees for both companies are lacking in experience in searching for the truth and the right person. You don't get a 769 score buy not paying your debit to {creditors}. Now, today I'm looking for answers to resolving these issues; concerning my name and credit. CBCS can't handle the TRUTH.
