This is Shanetra Wilson and I am a struggling student already in debt but when cca sent me a credit card it seemed as if my prayers had been answered

until they ramshacked my bank account of $0 balance I wouldntve known they were trying to get their membership fee without my permission until i got a loan deposited in my account for $300 but when i went to pick it up I only had $234.68 left because my bank charged me insuficent fund fees which I thought was unfair considering I knew nothing about this

Now I have a debit close on my account causing great inconvience for other things I have to pay off I tried calling to cancel my membership but like many have claimed already I cant get through and the only thing I can think to do is cancel that bank account and get a new one I would advise everyone else to do the same because its the safest way to protect ourselves

I would like to be contacted immediately by a lawsuit lawyer because I believe I have the right to sue for loss of money

I couldnt afford to lose in the first place I have suffered money loss and I have been manipulated a great deal

EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back!

HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO:

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.

According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days.

If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges.

Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent!

DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get.

And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state.

Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth.

If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

And good luck Let us know how you do!

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

CCA and other credit cards though First National In Las Vegas

AUTHOR: Angila - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 19, 2005

I just want everyone to know I am an ex-employee of this company in Las Vegas. I went to Las Vegas for a vacation and unfortiatly got stuck there for long than expected I noticed a ad in the newspapper for this company I applied and got the position. In training We were told about people calling in to get the card which brought to mind that there should be another call center for people wanting to cancel or people that had questions about thier card. I inquired about this position to the trainer because I would much rather be in the customer service part than the selling of the card and he accually laughed at me and stated that there were only two phones in the whole building that took incoming calls for thoes type of questions and help and they were in the back of the building. I was baffled and because of what he said it made me think that something wasn't right. I began to think more as they went on with training because of the things they talked about: Example- They have a script and a awnser for every question that could be asked durring the sales call.....you have to read the script for the question to a tee or you are fired on the spot, my boss at the time said it was because if you didn't awnser the questions exactally as it said on the computer than they could be sued for wrong information given...so basically you ask a question and they dance around the subject with a page long awnser that makes no sence because they don't want you to know the truth about there company they want you to think you know by making comments and awnsering your questions in a round about way. I was also blantantly told to lie to people like to say that all they had to do was pay 10% of a down payment of the merchindise they wanted when in fact they pay between 30-50% of what they order down before they even get the merchindise. I was also told to tell the people about the money advance and that you could take out 200 dollars the first time when in fact you can only take 20 dollars. They have hundreds of people calling a day.......HUNDREDS!!!! The people that work for the company are all also very shady they are the type of people i would not want having my account information in fact I can say I seen people with note pads writting information down all the time and managers would look the other way. I worked for this company for training which i believe at the time was 3 or 5 days and accually worked on the phones for maybe 3 before I just quit and moved back home in Utah I could not see myself doing that to people especially when it was a obvious scam, Its a horrible horrible company and theres no way I could keep going on doing that.....all they want is your payment in the begining and after that your on your own because your taught that if any calls for questions about a card that has already been activated you tell them that your sorry but you cant help them that they are going to have to call a customer service number....the same customer service number that goes to thoes 2 phones in the very back of the office that no one awnsers. Theres alot more to this company than just what i have talked about but unfortinatly it has been a very long time sence I have worked at this place and I never really thought about it until now when I just so happened to stumble across this web site. This is deffinatly a company you do not want to have any involvment with!!!
