CCP Near False Advertising, Broken Promises Internet

I am writing this report on a small problem that has plagued me and many players of the game Dust 514, an console based PS3 game.

We have been kept waiting for a FREE skill point update for about a month now, and over the past few weeks have recieved messages such as "We are speeding up the re-spec process" ect.

They were attacked via a DDOS attack 10 days ago, but they resolved that problem and I cannot understand why this is happening. They are false advertising in a sense, and we cannot wait any longer. 

Also they are now ignoring us, even though we wanted this SP update for ages.
