I received a letter from CCS 1st National Credit Card. They said in their letter that I had an Urgent-Approval, call immediately to activate this card. This company's salesman (Michael) made slick sales-pitches to me on the phone to get me to feed them my personal information. They make like the card was like no other buying experience comapred to the company's so-called merchandise. The company just really wanted to get your personal information, so they can feast in on your account funds. Making up bogus tricky-sales pitches, like you are their highly favored customer to get this offer. I tried to cancel this service, but they railed on and on to try to get me to change my mind. Their effort for you to change your mind and gain excess to your peronal information was making it accessible to them. It was all a scam from the beginning, when they hounded you not to cancel and letting you know this was a liftetime offer extended to you. They were only aiming for people who are trying to get their life on financial track or to make their life functions a little more easier. Just to get a little help, but No! They wanted to rip as much funds as they could out of you. Now, I did not order anything from the catalog which would cost you somewhere around $500 to purchase the merchandise. They would include throwing in useless coupons to get you to add more to the card and also cut you a deal on your activation fee of $199 on the card that you are not aware of, which was rediculous.
I will cancel their membership in writing, because they aren't going to listen to you when you call, if you call they're going to put you on hold for a long time and, if they come on line, they'll try to give you some smart answers like "they can't do nothing about it." I went to my bank, fast and asked for a reversal ACH on this transaction, which I signed an affidavit they sent to their processor, because they hired someone else to do some of their dirty work. All this company wants to do was not sell merchandise, but prey on innocent hard-working people's funds. How in the world do these people sleep at night! This is a stone rip-off! I learned the hard way. I hear it a lot on TV and read in the newspapers of how people are scammed into giving our their personal information and not receiving what they say you are getting, but I didn't realize it could happen to me. What sounds "Too Good To Be True", believe me it is!
