CD EARTH Charghed my credit card and promised to refund the money. But after calling and e-mailing them they have done nothing. Don't give them your credit card number in anycase. Dallas , Texas

This company is totally dishonest and charged my credit card with out my permission. I called them the minute it appeared on my bill and spoke with a representative from their customer service center in Canada.

The representative apologized promised there would be a refund with in two days. Never happened, so I called again and was told the same thing. So I waited again and e-mailed them and after several months back and forth they gave me a express tracking number that I had received the CDs. I never did receive the cds or a refund fund.

Under no circumstance would I buy anything from them. The they lost in court for this same thing and here they are doing again in spite of the losing the lawsuit against them BEWARE. I have never be hoaxed before and I learned to check every company that I consider buying from and I wouldn't have lost my money if I had checked the Rip off site before buying anything from a company.

The call center is located in Toronto Canada and makes impossible to go after them! Good luck!
