CDWS Uninsured and Out of Business Company Redding, California

We received a random call from CDWS with information that our original warranty for our BMW expiring (not sure how they know of this) and proceeded to offer extended warranty. We comply with payment totaling over 2600.00 made to Mepco finance company. Two years later as we inquire information on coverage, we come to find out none of the telephone numbers are all inactive. We called Mepco and they responded as a third party company for CDWS receiving payments for them but denying any responsibility.

As many other complaints, I'm another consumer have been taken advantage of by this company. I have no other choice but to take legal action by reporting to California Attorney General office. I urge other consumer with similar situation to do the same and take back what's rightfully yours.
