Celebrity White teeth probable scam Internet

I ordered the .99 trial of Celebrity White Teeth on February 12, 2010.  I quote from their website, "If you contact customer service to terminate your enrollment within fourteen (14) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else. On February 26, I saw that I was charged $149.95 for the membership fee.

On February 23 I called and cancelled the order.

I have a confirmation email from these people clearly stating that my order was confirmed to be cancelled on February 23, 2010. that is 11 from the date of order.

I have emailed their support123@productsupport.com address and they refuse to refund my money even though I have proof of meeting their so called requirements.
They are saying I did not cancel in time even with undisputable proof. I do not know what do! This is nothing but a scam!

I will a be disputing this charge with my bank tomorrow. This is an unauthorized charge, as I have proof of my cancellation, and have their Terms and Conditions to back that up -- i.e. CONTACT customer service within 14 days.
