CELLULAR BLOWOUT NO REFUND. NO PHONE. 3 MONTHS Agoura Hills, California

Ordered a phone online on 10/13/2009.  It was a birthday gift for my daughter. Paid for express shipping and gift wrapping, with a promise of express shipping within 1 - 3 business days of order.  By 10/20/2009, still no phone.  Called and emailed my concerns about not receiving.  No one from Cellular Blowout reponds to phone calls, voice mail messages or email messages.  After a month of no response from Cellular Blowout, I purchased another phone. 

My credit card has long been charged, and they have managed to bill monthly for $5.99 for ringtones and wallpaper, that I never ordered.  I have received only one refund to my CC for $5.99, so far, only to have the charge repeated. 

They have a customer portal that I have been leaving emails in.  I get responses through the portal only, but they are all lame excuses and stall tactics.

In preparation for my letter to the Attorney General's office, I went to the BBB.  I feel like an absolute idiot, as they have an F Rating with the BBB, with a total of 1,319 complaints (1,057 remain unanswered).  

SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
