Cellular Sales pays it sales people 100% commision, no base salary, no hourly rate. It is in the employees best interest and only interest to sell you everything and anything whether you need it or not. My personal experience sell you a "Jet Pack" claiming that it will improve your phone reception only $20.00 per month, one year agreement, $140.00 early termination. Sounds like a good deal only it has nothing to do with phone reception, Verizon has been very little help in this matter, my advice stay away from Cellular Sales and deal direct with the service provider.
