Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Stole my money, called me names Tempe Arizona

This complaint is concerning an internet offer that the company had. They offered a risk-free trial of thier products. Once the trial membership was over they would bill you monthly until you cancelled as well as bill you for the trial product unless you shipped it back. Knowing this I cancelled my trial within 7 days. I asked the customer service associate if I needed to ship the product back, she said no. So about 3-4 weeks went by and I get my credit card bill with two charges of 38.95 (one for each trial). I called to complain about the charge and they said that because I never sent the items back, I was charged. And it is past the time now to send them back for a full refund.

They state that I should have read the terms and conditions. I did read the terms and conditions and that is why I asked, unprovoked, if I needed to send the items back .. to which the customer service associate said no. There are some ambiguities in the terms and conditions, such as it says 30 days to return the product which for me would have been 10/1 - 11/1. It doesn't specify whether these are business days or calendar days. If I assumed that they are business days I would have 4 more days to return the product.

Also, they have a satisfaction guarantee that they did not honor. It states that if I am not completely satisfied that I can return the product within 30 days of the "purchase date" which for me I would consider to be 10/21 when my credit card was charged the amounts of 38.95 for each trial.

I called them several times, each time getting a different response. I got hung up on 4 times, got called names, got "blocked" ... all because I wanted to know why they ripped me off. They wouldn't talk with me about the situation, probably because I had several valid points!!!
