This company started calling me about a oldHSBC credit card debt that now belongs to Mainstreet Aquisition corp. I sent them a letter stating that i would only communicate with them in writing and to stop calling, they called one more and told me they were gonna just sue me.they have five days from first contact to mail me a dunning letter, which arrived the following week, however this letter was sent to an address that i haven't lived at for 25 yrs. And they had my correct address because i put in on the partial cease and desist letter,

i figured the only place they could have gottenthis old addresswas off my credit report. so i go to Annualcreditreport.com andEquaifax tells me that i've already gotten my 1 free report !! WHAT?!
Equaifax tells meI've alreadyviewed my report on the same exact date thats on CPC's dunning letter that they just happen to send to an address thats 25yrs old and could have only been found on credit report! Bastards!What was the purpose of that?Did they hope that i wouldnt get itin the 30 day disputetime? if that was theirplan then thejoke was on them because i only live 6 miles from this old address and even though its a different town andzip code i got the letter only1 day later then if they just would of mailed it to the correct address.I mailed them a letter asking for Validation right away, making sure i pointed out the correct address.

Of course i have no proof that they used up my free credit report which would be fraud/identity theft. But thats one hell of acoincedence,and i'll believe it was them till i die.

While all of this was going on, i wasin contact with Mainstreet, whopromply and correctlyvalidated,and i paid Mainstreet directly and have recieved the deletion letter, so NO commition for you CPC!!!!
