century photo been scammed, lied to, cheated out of over $180.00 Internet

I have ordered photo pages in July of 2010.  Called periodically when I never got them and got a song and

dance about a fire in warehouse and they are back ordered.  Finally in January of 2011 I cancelled my order and was told I'd be getting my refund on my next credit card statement.  NO I did not.  So I have

called and talked to many- many different people some whom were downright rude.  I have waited on

the line for 20 minute stretches to get told next month, or we will send you a check in 2 weeks, or

 very soon.  Last week I spoke to a supervisor Taylor (?) and was treated as if I were a dumb idiot for even

bothering him.  He says its all the accounting departments fault that refunds aren't getting done and they

are so busy there.  He just couldn't tell me when I would be getting my refund.   MY refund is over $180.00.  To beat it all I was a customer for over 30 years !!  I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper from

them if it was the last roll on earth.  What can one do??????
