Upon moving out; notice to leave provided, little house was cleaned very well, window sills washed, blinds washed, shelves wiped, mirrors cleaned, refrigerator washed, cabinets wiped down,carpets maticulously shampooed and cleaned, the garage swept-out. However, several weeks after moving out there were false billing charges sent.
Completed house lease of over 1 1/2 years.
Normal-wear should be to paint or at least touch-up the interior. (chapman property) charged for this.
Minor things like replacing smoke detector batteries, door stops were charged.
Total bill just over $1200. minus deposit equaling a bill of several hundred dollars.
This is from a company that had no complaints during renting and out of the blue received their letter of bills.
Can anyone be trusted?

Chapman Properties is not in the business to rip people off. We have been managing rental property for over 25 years and are very accurate in our move out dispositions. You are only charged for the damage that you caused. This is not a wear and tear issue. If you would like to be more specific about your name and property, I would be happy to upload the before and after pictures to your move out. At that time whoever reads this can make their own decision as to the legitimacy of your complaint.
I would also be more than happy to personally discuss this move out disposition with you through the proper channels. We have a very detailed move out inspector that over documents the condition of the properties and I am 100% confident that we can set this record and cure any misunderstandings in this matter.
