Chase Manhatten Bank Changed my mortgage from FHA to Conventional with out my knowledge or consent Columbus Ohio

I got a FHA Mortgage so that if anything happened FHA would be there to Help. After 5 months I was put off work and unable to make my payments I had kept intouch with Chase each and every month while I was unemployed.

Chase made and agreement with me to keep my house out of foreclosure and before my agreed time was up I get a notice from an attorney that my house was in foreclosure and no one would discuss the agreement with me. I went to a FHA Housing Counselor and was told that they would help me. They gave me a toll free number to call to get the paper work started. At that time I was told that regardless of all my paperwork stating I had an FHA mortgage I DID NOT!

I had to call another department and found that they did not get me to sign all the paperwork that was needed in closing to make it an FHA and that they had asked repeatedly for the them to get it to FHA which was not done. Chase said that it was easier to just change the mortgage. They did not give me back the money that I had extra at closing for MIP and refused to to remove me from foreclosoure. I had to file Bankruptcy to get it removed from foreclosure. I then hired and attorney Lisa Wright in Atlanta, GA that seemed Gung-h*o to begin with but when I refused an offer that was not a good offer.

When I brought it to her attention AGAIN that the same attorneys (McCalla Raymer,Padrick & Moore) that they used at closing and did not get me to sign all the paperwork where the same firm that they were using to foreclose. she got mad and told me she was withdrawing at no cost to me. She then sent me a bill for $6000.00 then filed a claim against any award that I might get in the law suit. Now because of that I can not find an attorney that will take it cause the legal fees
are tied up with her claim.

Now that I have made the claim against the attorneys they have changed and the new one is saying he will help me but then he filed a paper with the court asking for automatic judgement for my defaulting on filing and answer to the courts that I did not know had to be answered. I thought that when we went to court is when you answered.

I have not made a mortgage payment because I do not have a conventional mortgage and they refuse to make my mortgage FHA. I do not know how this will turn out but everone should make sure that they get what they are suppose to from these people. The other amazing thing is that they still have my mortgage listed as an FHA.
