Christopher Whilby Thief and Scam Artist Avon Connecticut

 Christopher Whilby asked to borrow $25k to invest what he alleged was his portion to buy in as an Executive to an organization and was short $25k to do so. I recently lost my spouse and was a friend of Chris for a few years and decided to loan him the funds with the intent he would pay back the Liam with interest within a few months to follow. Months turned into years and after several failed attempts to get Chrustopher to make good on the Liam he has refused to pay me even one dime of my money back. I've even offered to waive the interest and just wanted my $25 k back and was willing to accept payment in small installments of at least $100 per month - he still refused and the debt never paid. I've struggled financially since then and never thought someone could be so dishonest but Christopher Whilby of Comnecticut should never be trusted - beware!!!
