Chrysler Financial's Wade Findley is harrassing, rude, and repeatedly calls. Ripoff! Dallas Texas

My experience with Chrysler Financial was horrible. I was late on my payments due to an unexpected immediate loss of income. However, I did make 1 payment per month, it just ran 20-35 days behind. Now my contract has been paid in full, however for the last 2 months, I have been plagued by phone calls from a Wade Findley. He would call me 4,5,6,10 times per day. Since the incoming number always said "restricted" I would never answer it. Yet, he would leave very rude, very demanding comments. I still have them on my voicemail. I saved them in case I ever came across anyone wanting to join in on a class action suit against them for harrassment and violation of FDCPA regulations.

Whenever Mr. Findley called, by law he was only permitted to leave his name and phone #. He went way beyond that almost every time he called. I would love to sue the pants off of them and get some money out of this, not to mention, put them in their place and show them a thing or two. Any takers? If interested in joining a class let me know.
