Chrysler Financial uncooperative Roanoke Texas

April 7, 2003. With the ecomomy what it is, our family had to file chapter 13. Once this was denied all the creditors came after us like their supposed to (with one exception: CHRYSLER). These people sent me the mail in form (which unknown to me had the incorrect address for the payments to go to) and I mailed my payments in (3-31). One Wed., Thurs. and Fri. of that week (Apr 1-6)I got messages on my machine to call and resolve my backpayments. Friday I was able to call them back and the clerk whom I spoke to told me that I sent the payments to the incorrect address-----NOT MY FAULT!.

On Monday morning I recieved yet another call by them wanting me to stop payment on the check and Western Union the payments to them. This will cost me an additional $37.00 and all due (according to them) to the fact that the payment was mailed to the incorrect address (NOT MY FAULT).

I did some research and ALL the checks that I wrote the very day in question (3-31) have posted to the accounts. Sounds to me like Chrysler Financial HAS MY CHECK and doesn't want to post it! They want HARD CASH or the car! These people are the most uncooperative folks I have had to deal with during this time of crisis in my life. I have never been behind before, and I mean NEVER! I can see why so many people who get in financial distress commit suicide.......what with people like Chrysler beating them over the head like a deadbeat.

I just want people out there to know that this is what Chrysler calls good business............NOT!!
