Grabbed a six pack of Killiens Irish Red from the cooler. Price tag said 5.99.
When the cashier scanned it my total was for close to $8.
She apologized but could not change the price but would tell the manager.
The next day the price posted was accurate.
Three weeks later I see the price at 5.99 again.
When scanned the total price was again $8.00.
A one time error i can understand. This seems like a strategy.
Post a low price and bilk the customer at the register.
