They allowed a criminal to charge a stolen credit card for electronic gift cards confirmed with a fake email address and will not reverse the charges. Their customer fraud/service dept is as dumb as can be and nobody does a thing. I hope everyone that puts no effort in their job loses it as soon as they file a bk and then their families go homeless. These people shouldnt be allowed to work and should live in a cardboard box.
