Circuitmicro.com double billing my acct. Ripoff Irvine California

I filled out their application and agreed to the 39.96 application fee.Once approved i was taken to a page that says theres a 30% down payment required.I didn't have it so i closed out the site.I got a call 2 days later from Randy that said there would be a 50.00 cancellation fee.I didnt understand why a cancellation fee when i never finshed the order.Ok i thought chalk this up to a lesson learned.They with drew the 39.96 then a few days later the 50.00. Okay thats fine. But on 12/26/2006 they ran the 50.00 check back through and on 12/27/2006 they ran the 39.96 application check through again.I went right to my bank stopped payments on the check and open a new account.He says people are told about the fees..ok even if they are.They are not told that they are goning to run the check through over and over again.If anyone does start a class action suite against this company please let me know.Also i think everyone that has went through this should contact the media.Shows like Dateline and other investigative news shows..Maybe bringing it to the light with stop things like this from happening to others..Richard
