Circuitmicro.com Ripoff, SCAM, Fraud, Stole Money from bank account, Liar Never delivered Product, Oceanside California

Circuitmicro.com is a scam, we ordered a computer from them, I was OK with the $39 application fee, and then they took money from my account for $489 then 10 days later they took out another $489, causing me to balance several checks to other buisnesses, I have been unable to write check because of this, and to top it off it is christmas time. Over 2 months I have been able to talk to someone 3 times, They told me to send over proof that they took out the money 2 times and the balance check fees, I did and then was unable to get contact with anyone for over a week, still no computer, they said it is on back order, so I told them I want to cancle the whole deal, they said it would be another $50 and I told them to take it out of what they owe me, they said a refund check was on its way, well 3 weeks later no check, still no computer, the people and sevice there are rude, and they are a scam. Now they took out a first month payment of $63 all together with bank fees and what they stole out of my account I am out $1300, now that is a scam!!

I would love if we could sue this guy, I did have my attorney do some tracking and he found CircuitMicro.com 4362 Saddlehornway, Oceanside, CA 92057 and the contact agent is Radomil Jurasek said the corparate filing of this company is suspended, not sure what that is, but I am looking at a lawsuit!
