I receved a gift card when I made a return and used it once. I had 16.23 left on it. I went today 12/10/08. I picked out the items I wanted and went to pay. They said the card was invalid. I talked to the manager and he was no help at all. He was accually a jerk. Then I called the home office and was on the phone for an hour with them. Transferd to several diffrent departments and was basically told I lost the money.
