Circut City Buyer Beware!!! Panama City Florida

On 11-11-2008 I went into Circut City and purchased two Nintendo DS Games. I spent a total of $50.16. These games were Christmas Presents for my oldest daughter for Christmas. Who would of guessed that one of the Games that I bought would cause so much heartach on Christmas Day once it was opened!

Well, on Christmas day my daughter opened her Nintendo DS game(Crash of the Titans) and guess what.... The game case was EMPTY! the instructions were there, but no game! We went online to get the phone number for Nintendo DS Company and all we got was the Run around! They said that all their games are weighed at the factory down to a T and sealed before being sent out and the games are always in the case. Nintendo told us to contact the Maker Sierra, which we did and they told us to contact Nintendo...

We told them that we did, and than they said we needed to return it back to the store where we purchased it from! Well, if Circut City Corporation hadn't of closed our store here in Panama City, than I could have returned it Stupid! We have gotten nothing but the runaround. I contacted Circut City and they gave me a case number and put me thru to who they said was a Coroprate Manager.... and he said "because our Circut City Closed, and All Sales Were Final that they Could not help"!

Well, that sure says alot for Circut City! No wonder I never purchased items from them even when they were in Business!How is it mine or my daughter's fault that they sold a Nintendo DS Game that was Factory Sealed and even had a Security Case on it that didn't have the game inside? No one wants to take the blame or help resolve the problem! I am not asking for my money back, I just want the game that I didn't get!

I guess what I am trying to say, is maybe you shouldn't go and buy anything from these stores that are closing, because they say the honor warrantys and stuff and than when something goes wrong they don't want to help the customer or honor anything! Buyer Beware when a store is closing.
