Citibank Prepaid Dont Use it!!! Nationwide

I made the  worst mistake of my life when i decided to use them instead of opening up a checking account. It has been a complete nightmare! For the last week I have been trying to get money that I was returned back from me from my phne company that took money out twice. After talking to a supervisor that advised me if I could get them to fax over paperwork stating they had released the funds back to me I could get them back. I did just what the agent advised me to do, so I go check my account and the money is still not on my card. I have to go back through the process and explain again because you never talk to the same person twice. After all that explaining i was told I didnt see all the information needed! I tried to explain to the operator I sent what the last person advised me to send. She stated it wasnt correct and in order for me to get my money back I had to resend the information with the corrected items. After much begging my phone company to resend the form with the corrected information I was told funds would be available later that day. I called four ours later and again was reassured it was there. Well I decided to take a trip to the local grocery store and the funds were still not availabe to me. I called the company and was given some excuses that they were available for a limited time only! I have called everyday for a week and everytime I talk to someone I am given a different time frame as to when I will be allowed to get my money back. I have even talk to a few people that were supposedly from the cooperate office. If anyone is considering using this card for direct deposit, my advice is dont!! Get you a Rush card instead. This company is a joke, they are rude, they will hang up on you and keep you on hold for long periods of time! I have not received my money back and from the looks of it they are not trying to give it back to me.
