Honestly its the dealership that u need to upset with, and to be even more honest you cant be mad at them. A dealership can us info that its up to 30days old if u were working there up to 30days before the date it was funded than there was nothing that was fraudlently done on behalf of either company. I understand why u may be upset but once the contract at the dealership is signed ur in agreement for full repayment of the loan.

compainies who have been sued for the same thing. need to file a complaint with the federal
trade commission, department of banking & finance
in the state were you live asap!!!

two of the home finance companies they own were sued for lieing and packing loans they lost these
law suets. one in the amount of 215 milion dolars, not sure on the total amount lost on the 2nd one.

so please file a complaint with the federal trade commission asap the more complaints they get helps them to be able to file another law suet.
