1) High fees for wire transfer, cashiers check, overdraft fees and hidden fees(ie. fee for writing more than 25 or a certain number of checks a month from your checking account). But when opening account they say they are the best and greatest bank.
2) They dont show your current year's bank statements online after you closed the account. They charge $25 per hour to look up the information and $6 per copy of the bank statement.
3) When opening Roth IRA account they say there are no fees and the principal amount is returned in full if we want to withdraw any time. While withdrawing they say there is a management fee and deduct amounts.
4) Every year they increase their fees and send you a letter.
