citizens bank always an issue north providence Rhode Island

 Every time I send someone to this bank to make a deposit or exchange money there is always an issue. I own a business so I use a lot of change. I recently found out they charge a deposit fee if you deposit cash into your account. They also charge a fee for getting change but thats when they will actually give you the change you need. I needed quarter rolls and money wrappers the teller really gave me ripped up, written on and used quarter rolls and money wrappers. They should have been embarrassed but they were not. Today I sent my father to the bank with $2900 (1) $500 wrapper with 10's (6) $250 wrappers with 10's and (9) $100 wrappers with 5"s, as always the teller claimed the money was $100 short so I called and spoke to the teller not only did she start yelling right off the bat telling me there was (1) $500 wrapper (6) 250 wrappers and (9) 100 wrappers (which equals $2900 by the way) but she went on to tell me she doen't need my $100 and she's been working there for 12 years, (guilty much?), so I brought it to her attention that that equals $2900 well that only prompted her to yell even more. Needless to say I spoke with the person incharge of the tellers, as I expected she claimed the draw was exactly right (naturaly). My take is everyone makes mistakes and I wasn't accusing her of anything. At this point I am pretty much all set with that bank, every single time I bring money in that bank they claim it's short, I can count it in front of them, they will still say it's wrong....it's a joke. What bank doesn't have change? What bank doesn't have money wrappers or rolls? What bank has all kinds of hidden fees? What bank treats you like their doing YOU a favor? Citizens Bank thats who!
