Do not buy or shop with any Clay Cooley dealer. They are a gang of low emotional thugs who bully, and threaten violence towards customers We recently purchased what was sold to us as a new car from this dealership... however, we subsequently learned that it had had previous body/paint work done, and this was not disclosed to us. When we first identified that it had been repaired, my wife first went back to see the director of sales, he slipped out the back and had someone else help her. Some guy who claimed he was a manager, came out and talked to her and my son as if they were stupid.

I called the GM, and he just began screaming and accused me of lying and talking down to me... At one point he asked what I had ever accomplished in my life. Unreal and very childish. The GM, Danny Easton, later called and asked me to bring the car in so he could see it, he wanted to make things right... We took the car in, and his first words where sarcastic "Let's go look at this wrecked car" He brought 6 or 7 other thugs from him staff - they surrounded my son and I, crowding us around the car, then before anyone even looked at the car, Danny's first words, "NO! we have all of paperwork". We attempted to get in our car and leave and one of his thugs stepped up on me - blocking my movement, and said "dont touch-me, I will kick your a*s"... I told him he wouldn't do any thing and that he is just as much a p#%$y as his manager. After we got in the car to leave - this same guy - tapped on my window and said "meet me on the street after work and I will kick your a*s". Fearing for my safety and the safety of my son, we left. Not only did they sell us a damaged vehicle without disclosing it to us, when brought to their attention, they bullied and threatened us. Skipper Johnson physically assulted and threatened me.
