CLEARBREEZE SOLUTIONS Elderly Woman scammed! Smyrna Georgia

When my husbands Grandmother suffered a stroke, fell, and fractured her hip she nearly died. She was unable to speak or walk. While she was in the hospital my mother-in-law was clearing out the apartemnt and recieved a phone call from clearbreeze solutions. Thinking it was just a sales call she informed them of the stroke and health issuses and told them to remove the number from the calling list. She thought the issue was over. With in a few days a letter came from the same company indicatiing that the "profile" had not been recieved.

My father-in-law later found the $990.00 charge on his mothers credit card bill. My father-in-law had power of attorney and ordered the reversal of the charges and immediately closed the credit card.

This company is however calling to harass us for closing the credit card and have made attempts to collect the monies in other ways.

I suggest that anyone who has elderly relatives who are in charge of thier own finances let them know about this company and all of its aliases.
