Clickincome Of Sandy Utah Duane Barney Refused to refund my investment when i told them i didn't need another website Sandy, Utah

Clickincome came to Ventura, California, twice, a few years ago and used the gise of help with selling on eBay.  Clickincome ran a full page add for several days, each time, in our local newspaper.  Two days of heavy  information, visual aids, and in the audience pushers, they really did a heavy sell.   We discovered several books they gave out had many grammer mistakes that made us a little unsure, but they still made the sell so lucretive most of us were sold.  The deal was, if it didn't work they would refund the money.   We then both signed the contract and was charged $4000.00.   A few days later Clickincome began the on line "so called help" to build a new website for us (we already had one but they pushed).  We couldn't understand the helper, it was very confusing, and requested a refund in full.  I called and was told we only had three days for a refund from the date of sale to decide.  With the huge amount of books they Clickincome gave us,  and the late time set-up for the on line website building, no one could have had three days to decide.  This was the set-up.  The refund was denied.  I called several times and still no refund.  I had to give up because the time given was on the back of the contract in very small print.  The presenters never said we have three days to decide.  The presentations was a Friday-Saturday set-up.  That meant Monday was the last day to decide-no chance to go through such a mountain of material.  I still believe we deserve a refund of $4000.00 from Clickincome.
