There has been $10.71. taken out off my acc. every month for abought 12mts and it shoulde have been a 1 off payment a*s i can not remember what it was for.

A sum of money has been systematically removed from your bank account over a period of 12 consecutive months, and you're just now noticing it ?? Well, judging by your poorly written report ( are you actually calling yourself an a*s in it ?? ), I can see WHY this happened to you. I'm only guessing here, but am I correct in assuming that you dropped out of school after many unsuccessful attempts at passing the 3rd grade ?? Probably.

Did you even read it BEFORE posting?
You aren't sure how many months the $10.71 was take from your account or even what it was for, but you think it should only have been taken out once...did I get that right?
If this is how you maintain your account, you should consider closing it.
