CNC Imports - Christopher Thompson Sold bad Xbox Tampa Florida

He's right when he says I'm bitter. I get that way dealing with scammers. Unit was purchased off of ebay in which he advertised a 90 day warranty. Everything I stated in the original complaint is true. He is lying to cover his own butt.

I did contact him more than once (by email and phone) 2 weeks after receiving the second unit. I did not file complaint until well after that, trying to give him the chance to reply. As of the date of this response I have yet to hear back from him.

If you buy from him do so at your own risk, and don't expect a response back if you have any problem.

First of all, we provided a 60 day warranty on the refurbished Xbox 360, Second of all, this customer is lying, they contacting me over 5 weeks after receiving the replacement, not two, re-repaired systems like this one carry a 30 day warranty, the customer is fully aware of this but is just bitter.

Xbox 360s are a very unreliable video game system, we are not dealing with them anymore due to their unpredictability and the risks involved in shipping them (internal damage in transit)
