The company clearly states that they are America's largest independently owed auto glass shop. However, in each state where they set up shop, they do so under various business names. They seek young ambitious people who are desperately in need of a job through various questionable hiring practices. Once hired, they will work you long hours while feeding you with fantasy like pipe dreams of becoming financially successful.

For any of you who are out looking for a job, once you hear their name, "Coast to Coast Auto Glass", which you will go to an interview thinking the business is actually under another name, LEAVE!!! They make you go door to door, which isn't a problem, but check to see if they can provide you a REAL business license first. Chances are, they can't!

I worked for these people for less than a week and saw through all their hyped up BS. Be smart, and don't even go to an interview with any company linking themselves with this company. I went to an interview thinking I was going for a marketing/advertising firm, but was kind of shocked when I found at what it actually was all about. Why did I even hang around for a few days? Cause, I was stupid!

After checking the internet about this company, I never went back, and hope you will never go! Even if you ask them over the phone about their company, you will be greeted with some very evasive answers, but none of them will be remotely close to being factual. My few days there, I saw a lot of people come and go, so their turn over rate is out of this world. Why? Cause they are LIARS!
